Residents of Korkino in the Chelyabinsk region came out to protest the murder of a woman.
Information has appeared on social networks about the suspicion of two minors from the Roma diaspora involved in the murder of a female taxi driver.
Local residents claim that the woman worked as a taxi driver and arrived at a “gypsy house” in response to a call.
The body of a 40-year-old resident with stab wounds was found on one of the streets of Korkino on October 24, writes Gazeta.ru .
After the incident, outraged residents of Korkino spontaneously gathered at the house of the gypsy family.
SOBR officers also arrived at the scene to maintain law and order in the area.
According to the Investigative Committee, a seventeen-year-old boy suspected of murdering a taxi driver has been detained.
It is also reported that several participants of the anti-Gypsy public gathering in Korkino were detained.
The investigation into the murder continues. The Chelyabinsk Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian National Guard are working at the scene.
