Circumstances of the incident
According to surveillance camera footage taken on July 1, the incident took place at a gas station.
For unknown reasons, the accused, while driving a car, slightly crashed into a motorcycle with a man born in 1985 and a child on it.
After this, the child got off, and the driver, having circled the vehicle, crashed into the motorcycle again.
The motorcyclist was injured and fell to the ground, requiring hospitalization.
