Rosselkhoznadzor has identified cases of deliveries of low-quality products to military units.
We are talking about products containing antibiotics and other prohibited substances.
This was reported by the TASS agency, citing information provided by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan regions and the Republic of Kalmykia.
The agency organized an inspection of products that were delivered to military units in the Volgograd and Rostov regions by the main supplier.
As a result, it turned out that many products do not comply with the standards of the Customs Union.
In particular, the agency identified cases of:
- falsification of vegetable fats;
- presence of preservatives, antibiotics, non-steroidal drugs;
- the presence of poultry meat, which was not indicated on the label.
Following the inspection, the organization's CEO received an order to eliminate all discrepancies. The company will be required to pay the fines imposed on it by Rosselkhoznadzor.
