The woman helped scammers get their hands on a large sum of money stolen from singer Larisa Dolina.
The details were reported on Telegram by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk.
Police detained a woman who took money from the victim, received from the sale of an apartment, and transferred it to fraudsters.
The amount of damage exceeded 200 million rubles. The singer, under pressure from scammers, sold her apartment in the center of Moscow and gave the money to the criminals.
A criminal case has been opened on the fact of the incident. The apartment has been seized. An investigation is underway.
According to law enforcement officials, the perpetrators who deceived Dolina are located in Ukraine.
Irina Volk clarified that the courier of the fraudsters was detained on the day of the applicant’s appeal.
It is known that the swindlers' assistant is 53 years old. The injured party gave her the money after transactions with capital real estate.
Larisa Dolina previously confirmed that she had become the victim of a “sophisticated” plan by scammers who managed to intimidate her.
