The incident occurred at the branch of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Stavropol.

Signs of poisoning were detected in 21 cadets. The ages of the victims ranged from 17 to 19 years.
The first symptoms appeared after eating.

The situation was brought to the attention of the Stavropol Territory prosecutor's office.
