At least 28 of the 62 passengers on board the plane that crashed in Aktau survived.
The published list of passengers included 37 Azerbaijanis, 16 Russians, 6 Kazakhs and 3 Kyrgyz citizens.
Preliminary reports indicate that 28 people survived, and the bodies of four people were found, RBC reports.
The Mangistau Region Health Department confirmed the death of four passengers.
Plane crash
The passenger plane was flying from Baku to Grozny on December 25.
The plane most likely collided with a flock of birds. As a result of the incident, a cylinder on board exploded.
On board, more than ten people, including children, were initially injured and began to lose consciousness.
The plane was unable to land at its destination due to weather conditions and went to land in Aktau, where the crash occurred.
