It is emphasized that the incident caused significant injuries to the victims.
The medical facility reported: "One of the wounded was admitted to us with first- and second-degree burns. He is in intensive care in serious condition," as reported by TASS .
The second victim was taken to the acute surgical treatment department for complex cardiac arrhythmias. He is in satisfactory condition.
