A light aircraft with two people on board disappeared from radar in Primorye.
Communication with Bristell RGRA-5500G in Primorsky Krai was lost in the area of Lysaya Mountain.
According to the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office, the plane was flying from the "Pushisty landing site" to the "landing site in Primorsky Krai."
Rescuers have begun a search and rescue operation.
The prosecutor's office's Telegram channel reported that the plane lost contact approximately 30 kilometers from its destination.
Prosecutors have organized an inspection of compliance with flight safety legislation.
Based on the results of the inspection, an assessment will be made of the compliance with mandatory requirements for preparing the aircraft for departure, as well as for conducting an emergency rescue operation.
It is preliminary known that there could have been two people on board the plane – a man and a woman.
According to one version, the plane did not have enough altitude to fly over the hill and it crashed.
