The renovation of an old house in St. Petersburg did not go according to plan.

The incident occurred at 41 Bolshaya Zelenina Street (Petrogradsky Island), TASS reports.
The floor in the building separated from the wall. An emergency situation arose that required the evacuation of all residents. About 30 people left their apartments after the incident.
The work continues. Meanwhile, people have been accommodated on the territory of school No. 51. Meals have been organized.
The completion date of the work is not yet known. The residents are planned to be housed in the temporary housing stock of the Petrogradsky District Administration.
The authorities assure that there is no risk of the building collapsing. Meanwhile, the district prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation.
