A 14-year-old resident of the Northern capital required medical assistance after being attacked by a passenger.
The details were reported by the press service of the St. Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University.
The incident took place on one of the city buses. An unknown woman attacked the minor, the institution's website says.
The conflict escalated into a fight, during which the aggressor used scissors against the girl.
The victim required the help of microsurgeons. The woman inflicted cut wounds on the passenger's index, middle finger and right hand.
The girl was taken to a university clinic. Details of the conflict are not disclosed.
