Three people were boiled alive in a pit of boiling water in Novosibirsk.
This was stated in a message from the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region.
Details of the incident
During the investigation it was revealed that two employees of the heating network company and one employee of the Novosibirsk institution were inspecting the heating unit in the basement.
At this moment, the supporting structures collapsed.
Three people fell into the hot water and suffered fatal burns. Doctors were unable to save them.
A criminal case has been opened against the former director of the city's municipal educational institution.
She is accused of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Investigators sent the case to court for consideration on the merits.
