The woman carried the naked baby outside and recorded her actions on camera.
Information about the child was revealed during monitoring of social networks on the Internet, according to a message from the Telegram channel of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Prosecutor's Office.
Supervisory measures have been organized in connection with this incident.
It should be noted, as reported by the prosecutor's office, that several teenagers live in the family.
As part of the inspections, it is planned to determine the living conditions and upbringing of children.
The prosecutor's office will also check how laws to prevent neglect and juvenile delinquency were implemented.
