According to a report from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kemerovo Region – Kuzbass , on October 18, on Gormashevskaya Street, a man ran over a bailiff while on duty.
As a result of the driver's actions, the bailiff ended up on the hood of the car while the car was moving along the city streets.
The truck driver noticed the situation and blocked the suspect's path.
The man had to stop his car on Panfilov Street. While trying to escape, he ran over a traffic police officer who tried to stop him.
Investigators opened a criminal case under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The suspect will be brought in for further investigative actions in the near future.
It is also planned to interrogate witnesses and conduct forensic examinations of the victims.
