The press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region reported the incident in the Prokopyevsk District of the Kemerovo Region on its Telegram channel.

The clubfoot inflicted multiple wounds on the man, from which the victim subsequently died.
Law enforcement officers decided to initiate a criminal case regarding the incident.
The case was opened under Part 2 of Article 143 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of labor safety requirements resulting in the death of a person through negligence).
The Investigative Committee clarified that at this stage, investigators are clarifying all the circumstances of the tragedy. Witnesses of the incident are being questioned.
