The prosecutor's office employees noted on the department's official Telegram channel: "The incident was recorded today, August 11."
At present, authorized bodies are monitoring the situation in order to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

It is indicated that, in particular, a derailment of the wheel pairs of two tank cars was recorded.
The North-West Transport Prosecutor's Office has initiated investigations in connection with this emergency situation.
