The investigation established that the man treated the premises of a private house with an insecticide and ignored the manufacturer's recommendations to ventilate the rooms for a long time and wet clean after its use.
He allowed the entire family to dine in a poorly ventilated room, which resulted in the poisoning and death of four children aged 6, 11, 12 and 13.
The father of the family has been charged with causing death by negligence and faces up to four years in prison.
