Traffic police officers stopped a suspicious car driven by a 49-year-old local resident.
Law enforcement officers saw signs of alcohol intoxication with the naked eye. In addition, the man's behavior also indicated his inadequate state.
In particular, during the arrest, the man swore obscenely and insulted the police officers. The video also shows the suspect, lying on the asphalt, singing songs and demanding that he be served a chocolate cake with cream filling.
