Drunk Russians commit 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' near St. Petersburg

A group of criminals wreaked havoc in a grocery store.

The incident occurred in the village of Agalatovo in the Leningrad region.

Four Russians entered a local store in the evening and began to smash everything there. To do this, they used two chainsaws they had brought with them.

This happened in front of other visitors and store staff, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region reported on its Telegram channel.

After the pogrom, the perpetrators fled. But they were detained less than two hours later.

The police of Vsevolozhsk district found them in a trailer. The hooligans were taken to the police station for investigation.

Among those involved in the attack were three natives of Vyborg, aged 17–18, and a 32-year-old resident of Stavropol Krai.

There were no casualties in the incident, but the store sustained damage, the amount of which is being determined.
