The son of deputy Vitaly Milonov was beaten at school.
The incident was commented on by a member of the lower house of the Russian parliament himself.
In a conversation with RIA Novosti, the deputy confirmed that his 12-year-old son was beaten by a classmate.
Before this, information appeared in the media that the boy had an argument with one of the students, who hit him hard in the face.
Milonov told the agency that his heir was beaten by a classmate who was known for his inappropriate behavior.
He stressed that his child was fine. The deputy also expressed hope that the juvenile affairs inspectorate would deal with his son's abuser.
At the same time, the State Duma member did not specify what exactly caused the conflict between the guys.
At the same time, the agency, citing its source, reports that the schoolchildren had a quarrel over the statements of a student who subsequently hit Milonov Jr.
The schoolboy was reportedly shouting racist insults at the MP's son. A conflict ensued between the students, during which the aggressor also hit his classmate.
Milonov is a father of many children. He is raising six children, including three sons aged 12, 11 and 7.
Milonov himself is known as a defender of traditional family values.
