GC "Piket" implemented a government contract for the supply of bulletproof vests.
The legal entity sent at least 20,040 units of the specified goods. All of them did not meet the requirements prescribed by the agreement.
As the court ruled, the company illegally embezzled funds allocated to it and disposed of them at its own discretion.
According to the investigative bodies, the fraudsters spent the money allocated to them on purchasing real estate. It is now under arrest.
