The Zaeltsovsky District Court of Novosibirsk ruled to collect 135 million rubles from the former director of Integra LLC.
It is reported that the reason is the conclusion of a contract for holding an illegal auction.
Referring to the Primorye prosecutor's office, the court states: "In 2020, the Vladivostok public spaces directorate entered into an agreement with Integra," as reported by TASS .
The conditions specified included the delivery of stage equipment, the cost of which amounted to 135 million Russian rubles.
Case details
Subsequently, the defendant and the former acting director of the above-mentioned organization, which collaborated with Integra, prepared illegal documentation with special conditions for Integra.
It is emphasized that this action resulted in additional damage in the amount of 4.5 million Russian rubles.
At present, criminal cases have been opened against all persons involved in this incident.
Investigative measures are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
