Representatives of the diplomatic mission spoke about the situation with Russians who were injured in a traffic accident in Antalya, Turkey.
The statement appeared on the Telegram channel of the press service of the Russian Consulate General in the region where the accident occurred.
Seven Russians are in hospitals after a traffic accident involving a tourist bus near the city of Manavgat. One victim is in serious condition. There are no fatalities among the Russians.
There were 18 Russians and 7 Belarusians on the bus. Two Russian citizens had already flown home at the scheduled time.
The rest received medical care and were then placed in a hotel where they await their flight to Russia.
Representatives of the diplomatic mission emphasized that the consulate is monitoring the situation and is in contact with local authorities, the tour operator, and the insurance company.
Earlier it was reported that a bus carrying tourists to the airport crashed into a concrete pillar.
