Information about the incident first appeared on local Telegram channels. The published footage shows an underage woman handing her young son a cigarette and filming the smoking process.
As the investigation found out, the girl is registered with the juvenile affairs department. The real guardian of the minor is the child's grandmother, with whom he lived until today.
An inspection has been organized, based on the results of which conclusions will be made about the actions of officials on the issue of preventing child neglect and juvenile delinquency.
