A sentence has been passed on a blogger who offended the feelings of believers.
The man was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
RIA Novosti learned of the corresponding decision from the Dorogomilovsky Court of Moscow.
Yarmagomedov Khavier Shukhretovich was found guilty on several counts:
- infringement on freedom of religion;
- production of pornographic materials.
For all the crimes committed, the defendant in the case received a 7-year sentence, which he will have to serve in a general regime penal colony.
The convicted person was also deprived of the right to administer websites for eight years.
Details of the incident
It is noted that the 28-year-old man committed the crime he is accused of in the summer of 2024.
Yarmagomedov was in one of the comprehensive schools, where he decided to film his provocative video.
On live television, the convict trampled a Christian cross lying on the floor, thereby showing disrespect for religion.
The investigation also established that the defendant in the case distributed pornographic materials, including those involving a child under 14 years of age.
