Despite preventive measures, road accidents continue to occur in various cities of Russia.
They cause anxiety and inconvenience to other road users and lead to numerous injuries.
In Tyumen, two vehicles collided – a passenger car and a bus. Details are reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
The scene of the incident was a section of road on Timurovtsev Street, 1.
It is noted that the driver of the Kia Rio drove into the oncoming traffic lane. This led to a collision with route bus No. 65.
According to the press service, as a result of the accident, people were injured - one minibus driver and four passengers.
They also explained that among the victims were a teenager, elderly men, and a woman.
In addition, the driver of the Kia was found dead. Alcohol was found in his car.
It is added that work is currently underway to clarify the details of the accident.
