It has become known about a successful operation carried out by FSB officers in Perm.
The special services managed to identify and shut down a workshop where counterfeit alcohol was being produced.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the press service of the regional department of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
As representatives of the special services found out, an underground workshop was organized in the city of Perm, where local residents produced surrogate alcohol.
Having found out the location of the illegal organization, the FSB officers detained the members of the criminal group and also seized the products manufactured illegally.
The detainees are under a written undertaking not to leave the city. They have been charged under the article on illegal production and circulation of alcohol-containing liquids.
It is noted that during the raid, 45 tons of unmarked products containing alcohol of unknown origin were found.
