Circumstances of the incident
As noted in the investigation materials, the incident occurred in February 2023.
The 37-year-old defendant in the case was in a karaoke bar, where she had a conflict with the victim.
As a result, the woman knocked her opponent to the floor and, holding him in that position, bit him on the nose.
As a result of the incident, scars were left on the victim's face.
The investigation found that the actions of the defendant in the case could be assessed as intentional infliction of serious bodily harm. The case was referred to court for consideration on the merits.
