Three people died in a collision between a passenger car and a tanker truck.
The Rostov Region State Traffic Safety Inspectorate reported the incident on its Telegram channel.
According to the department, the incident occurred on a highway located in the Neklinovsky district.
At the 106th kilometer of the Novorossiya highway, the driver of a Datsun was performing a maneuver to overtake a vehicle.
However, having driven into the oncoming lane, the man miscalculated the distance to the DAF tanker truck moving in the oncoming lane.
As a result, there was a collision with a truck, which pushed the car to the side of the road.
All those who were in the Datsun did not survive due to their injuries.
There were three deceased: the driver of the car and the passengers he was transporting, born in 1990 and 2021.
It is noted that the tank was full of fuel, but as a result of the accident there was no spill.
