Circumstances of the case
It is noted that the incident occurred on Friday night. The ambulance team of the Kazachinsko-Lenskaya District Hospital was called to one of the shift camps.
Medics who arrived at the scene found a drunk man who needed medical attention.
Paramedic Alexander Pechelatov, who examined the patient, decided to hospitalize him, but the troublemaker resisted and attacked the doctor with a knife.
Having inflicted a stab wound on the medic, the suspect fled the scene of the crime. The wounded Pechelatov died on the spot.
