A Chelyabinsk resident was involved in a case of rape of a minor and received a prison term for it.
The incident was reported on the Telegram channel of the Chelyabinsk Region Prosecutor's Office.
As the investigation revealed, the incident of child rape occurred on August 9, 2023.
In the village of Kasargi in the Sosnovsky district, the convicted man met an 8-year-old girl and forced her to get into his car.
After this, the criminal, who later turned out to be a teacher of Russian language and literature, took the victim to the cemetery, where he committed violent acts against the minor.
The man admitted his guilt. The court sentenced the rapist to 13.5 years of imprisonment, the convicted person will have to serve his sentence in a maximum security penal colony.
According to the court's verdict, the man will not be able to work in educational institutions for 15 years and will have to pay the victim 2 million rubles in compensation for moral damages.
