An emergency on a highway in Crimea has been reported.
The details were disclosed by the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in its Telegram channel.
The collapse of a road bridge that passed over railway tracks occurred between the settlements of Izumrudnoye and Maslovo (northern part of Crimea).
At the time of the collapse, there was a passenger car and a truck on the bridge.
As a result of the incident, 2 people were injured, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Rescuers arrived at the scene of the emergency. They freed the victims. The department did not specify the cause of the bridge collapse. No casualties were reported.
It is specified that the road surface was damaged.
Representatives of the Dzhankoy district administration reported that there are no interruptions in the operation of rail transport due to the collapse of the bridge in the region.
