Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin reported that a gas-air mixture explosion occurred in a residential building in the city of Kizel.
According to the official, the evacuation of the building's residents is currently underway.
In his official Telegram channel, Makhonin wrote: “As a result of this incident, people were injured.”
At the moment, emergency services personnel are carrying out their professional activities at the scene of the incident.

In addition, Makhonin emphasized the fact that today a regional operational headquarters is operating in the region.
The head of the district arrived at the scene of the incident. The presence of the deputy chairman of the regional government, Alexander Borisov, is noted.
