A seventeen-year-old girl who decided to go tubing died.
Representatives of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnoyarsk Krai reported this to RIA Novosti journalists.
It is noted that one girl died from her injuries, and her twenty-year-old friend was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A criminal case has been opened on the incident under the article on violation of traffic rules.
Circumstances of the girl's death
As the investigation established, two girls decided to go tubing, for which they tied the "dough" to a car. The vehicle was driven by a 27-year-old guy.
However, when the tubing reaches high speeds, it becomes uncontrollable, which ultimately led to the tragedy.
The "doughnut" flew into the oncoming lane, where it collided with a moving passenger car.
It is emphasized that the driver of the car moving in the oncoming lane was an employee of the department, who did not violate traffic rules and was driving at the permitted speed.
