An incident involving a boat capsizing occurred on the Volga River in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Details were reported by TASS , citing the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the region.
It is noted that, according to eyewitnesses, there were four people in the boat.
According to the press service, three people were rescued, and the location of the fourth person remains unknown. The missing person was a man born in 1978.
They also added that the incident occurred on Saturday, August 17. The scene of the incident was the Volga River near the village of Rabotki in the Kstovsky municipal district.
