The fire started in the engine room of the 20-metre pleasure boat.
The boat sank on Thursday after a massive fire engulfed almost the entire vessel.
Almost all passengers managed to escape the fire and were picked up by nearby boats.
However, seven people were hospitalized.
The ship's owner and captain are believed to be in custody.
