The publication reminded that the cargo transported by SpaceX, delivered to space for military needs, is a state secret. And only a limited number of company employees have access to this data.
According to experts, Musk communicates quite a lot with foreign officials and, if he has access to classified information, he can disclose it. And this is not to mention the fact that the billionaire will have to explain to the state for all cases of using prohibited substances.
This is why SpaceX lawyers believe that Elon Musk should not have such access.
