The woman was forbidden to communicate with him, but she broke the ban.

The psychologist was reprimanded for unprofessional behavior, the Daily Mail reports.

On Tuesday, September 10, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal began hearing the case of Melania Polata.

In 2019, she worked as a psychologist in a prison for eight months.

During this time, she became close in conversation with one of the prisoners.

The man made explicit hints to her, calling her gorgeous.

The administration warned Polata, but she continued to behave unprofessionally.

The prisoner had a history of domestic violence. He became fixated on Polat.

Therefore, the psychologist was forbidden to work with the prisoner, but she continued communication and met with him.

A few days after the date, the woman submitted a resignation letter.

The judge found no evidence of an intimate relationship between the couple.

The tribunal ruled that Polata's conduct violated professional ethics and reprimanded the former psychologist.
