The reaction towards Elon Musk in the USA has become known.
The billionaire may be held accountable for the prank he is organizing among voters.
This was reported by the Wall Street Journal , which cites a corresponding court order.
Let us recall that the founder of Tesla previously announced that he would be giving away $1 million among registered voters from swing states in the US.
Swing states are those where voters do not consistently vote for candidates from either party, so their votes are often considered decisive. In 2024, these states are:
- Wisconsin;
- Michigan;
- Pennsylvania;
- North Carolina;
- Georgia;
- Arizona;
- Nevada.
Because Musk himself supports Trump, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner filed a civil lawsuit against him and the political group he founded, America PAC.
Musk is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday as a defendant in the lawsuit.
