A millionaire from the USA hid clues in a book that lead to hidden treasures.

John Collins-Black, who made his fortune in cryptocurrency, decided to go on a treasure hunt.

The idea came to him during the COVID-19 pandemic, the New York Post writes.

From that moment on, the man collected valuable and rare things, which became the basis of the treasures.

He put these items in chests and hid them in different parts of the United States.

It's not about money, but about things like President Kennedy's wife's diamond and sapphire brooch.

The millionaire also hid a coin minted by Pablo Picasso himself, gold doubloons from a sunken ship, a real moonstone, and rare collectible cards.

In addition, the American left behind a hardware wallet containing 1 bitcoin, the value of which recently nearly reached $100,000.

The total value of the treasures is estimated at $2 million (RUB 210 million).

To find the treasure, a treasure hunter should start by studying the book "The Treasure Within," which was written by Collins-Black himself.

The book consists of maps, puzzles and clues that help to calculate the exact location.

At the same time, the American claims that he did not bury the chests or hide them in hard-to-reach places.
