In the UK, new details have been shared about the famous story of the so-called Loch Ness monster.

People searching for the mythical creature allegedly detected a heartbeat at the bottom of the reservoir.

The What's The Jam portal shared this information with its readers.

It is noted that the study was conducted on August 10. A representative of the Loch Ness Exploration research group, Alan McKenna, said that he and other participants went to the very place where the photo of the plesiosaur, which allegedly lives in Loch Ness, was taken.

The researchers submerged the hydrophone to a depth of 30 meters and left it in the water overnight.

Closer to the morning, the researchers began to detect a rhythmic sound, which they initially took for the cable dragging along the bottom of the reservoir. However, as it later turned out, the cable did not reach the bottom of the lake.

So the research team suggested that the rhythmic sound was similar to a heartbeat. McKenna admitted that the sound could simply resemble a beating heart, but not actually be a heartbeat.
