Kyrgyzstan bans advertising of fortune tellers and clairvoyants

A law banning advertising of clairvoyant and fortune teller services was signed in Kyrgyzstan. TASS reports the details, citing the press service of the head of the Kyrgyz state.

The signing of the law was undertaken by the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov. According to the new law, advertising of occult and mystical services was banned.

According to the press service, thanks to the adopted law, it is possible to protect citizens from manipulation by persons providing these services in dubious ways in order to obtain benefits.

They also noted that clairvoyants and fortune tellers know how to communicate with people, manipulate them, and also take money dishonestly.

It is added that currently a large number of citizens fall for the tricks of these people.
