Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said that the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, is the Brussels Biden.
According to Szijjártó, Borrell is pursuing a "kindergarten" policy.
A Hungarian diplomat responded to the fact that Brussels sharply criticized Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's visit to Moscow, as reported by RIA Novosti .
According to Szijjártó, Borrell demonstrated an extremely immature reaction.
Budapest's response
The diplomat explained: “When Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni went to China, there was no criticism, because she supposedly did the right thing.”
In particular, the head of the Hungarian MFA commented on the fact that the Council of Foreign Ministers will not meet in Budapest.
Szijjártó pointed out: "We don't care. Borrell refused to take our opinion into account, hence the reaction."
At the same time, the head of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry emphasized the fact that the majority of European officials voted to hold the summit in Budapest.
