An incident involving parents of quad bike children occurred in Uzbekistan.
Adults were threatened with large fines for failing to fulfill their responsibilities in raising children.
The press secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, Shokhrukh Giyasov, reported this to the TASS agency.
Let us recall that we are talking about quad-rolling, a fashionable subculture among children, when they begin to copy the behavior of animals and wear animal masks.
It is noted that this phenomenon is perceived ambiguously from the point of view of the authorities. There are frequent cases when imitation of animal behavior frightens pets and children's peers.
In connection with this, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan issued a warning that such behavior by children will be interpreted as a violation of the rules of conduct in public places, for which parents face a fine.
In particular, preventive conversations have already been held with relatives of two parents of quad bike children.
They were warned that for the children’s behavior they could face administrative liability in the form of a fine of up to 1.875 million soums, which is equivalent to $150.
