According to the political figure, tensions in this issue are provoked by the conflictual relations that have developed between the USA, Russia and China.

Grossi added: "The Non-Proliferation Treaty is currently under serious strain."
According to the IAEA Director General, the discussions on this issue between influential countries observed in modern realities are “completely new.”
The politician also pointed out the fact that this kind of discussion is being conducted in the public space, in particular, in the press.
According to Grossi, the IAEA, in turn, is conducting dialogues with various countries on this issue.
