The corporation filed a lawsuit against ANO TV-Novosti, Tsargrad and the Orthodox Television Foundation.
RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the text of Google’s lawsuit against ANO TV-Novosti.
According to the representatives, the decision previously taken by the Russian side, in their opinion, will violate the principles of the legal system.
In this regard, Google intends to insist on an expedited trial by jury.
It is specified that the corporation was dissatisfied with the previously issued decision regarding ANO TV-Novosti, Tsargrad and the Orthodox Television Fund. Google believes that the verdict was unlawful and asks to consider all three cases simultaneously.
A Russian court has ruled that Google must unblock the previously blocked YouTube channels of the above-mentioned organizations and also pay them a fine.
