Frenchman Dominique Pelico was convicted of drugging and raping his wife over a period of almost 10 years.
He also invited dozens of strangers into the house to rape her unconscious body.
A court in Avignon has found all 51 defendants guilty in the rape case of Gisèle Pélicot, Reuters reports.
The defendants in the high-profile case will be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.
Gisele Pelico herself sat in a packed courtroom during the trial to hear the verdict.
She apparently waived her right to anonymity.
Dominic Pelico, the victim's husband, received the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
He, like other accomplices to the crime, pleaded guilty to the charges brought against him.
Giselle Pelico said the trial had been a difficult ordeal for her.
She explained her decision to make the trial public in order to support other victims whose stories remain in the shadows.
