This information was shared by the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Christopher Wray, RIA Novosti reports.

During a hearing before the US House Judiciary Committee, he described the shooter's Google searches.

Let us recall that President John Kennedy was shot by Lee Harvey Oswald in 1963 in Dallas.

Additionally, on the day of July 6, when Thomas Matthew Crooks made this search query, he registered to attend the rally in Butler.

The assassination attempt on the presidential candidate occurred a week later, on July 13. The shooter wounded Trump in the ear, one person died as a result of the criminal's actions, and two others were injured.

20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks was killed on the spot.
