Apple has been accused of illegally monitoring its employees' personal devices and iCloud accounts.

The lawsuit against the company was filed in a California court by one of the employees working in the digital advertising department at Apple.

The man claims that the company requires employees to install software on their personal devices that allows Apple to monitor personal information, Reuters reports.

At the same time, the lawsuit alleges, Apple prohibits workers from disclosing information about working conditions at the company.

The man said he was banned from talking about his job on podcasts and ordered to remove information about his working conditions from social media.

The lawsuit emphasizes that Apple's surveillance policies do not allow for the disclosure of violations and competition.

In a statement, an Apple spokesperson said the claims in the lawsuit were without merit.

In July, two Apple employees filed multiple lawsuits alleging systematic underpayment.

In addition, Apple is also believed to be facing at least three complaints from a U.S. labor council alleging wage discrimination against workers.
