An excursion in Thailand ended with a dog attacking one of the tourists.
A group of travelers went on an excursion to the Ayutthaya temple complex, reports the publication Mono29 .
One of the tourists decided to take a walk around the inner territory. She noticed a dog that lives at the temple.
But there was a sign nearby that said "Do not touch." However, the woman ignored the request, being touched by the sight of the dog.
She decided to pet the animal, but the dog attacked the tourist and bit her lips and cheeks.
The wounds were serious and required medical assistance. The victim was taken to hospital.
The temple said that the dog previously belonged to one of the nuns.
Now the animal is looked after by other residents of the temple. The dog behaved calmly, did not touch the tourists if they did not approach him.
