Inflammations often form in areas densely covered with sebaceous glands (the décolleté area, shoulders, cheeks, scalp area).

At the same time, it is the quality of nutrition that determines the level of health of these problematic surfaces. It is important to adjust the regime.

The essence of the problem

The sebaceous gland resembles a microscopic container through which the required dose of moisturizing secretion is ejected.

This mass nourishes the skin and protects it. The rate of sebum synthesis is determined by the activity of hormones.

A healthy organism produces a sufficient dose of this product. And clean glands actively pass it through.

If they are blocked by dirt, fat, microorganisms or low-quality cosmetics, sebum accumulates.

The defect is aggravated by excessive production of such secretion. Then this mass accumulates even more actively, the gland overflows and swells.

Irritation occurs. Harmful organisms multiply vigorously inside the resulting seal.

Anti-acne foods

The basic ingredient is fatty acids. Probiotics are also needed. Therefore, pickled fruits and fermented milk products are recommended.

Prebiotics are considered an essential component. Therefore, the menu should be enriched with plant products and cereals.

An equally valuable ingredient is organic oils. The body is supplied with them by consuming fatty seafood and avocado. Experts consider salmon meat to be the most nutritious.

Fermented milk products

If no lactose digestion disorders are detected, it is recommended to enrich the menu with cottage cheese and fermented baked milk. Pure yoghurts (without sweeteners) and cream are considered nutritious.

Such products are rich in probiotics. They are able to activate intestinal function and improve metabolic processes.

Thanks to them, the ingredients are fully absorbed. At the same time, toxic elements are eliminated.

Plant products

This includes berries, fruits, all kinds of cereals (only whole grain). The optimal daily volume of this food is a couple of servings (0.2 kg each).

To facilitate digestion, nutritionists suggest preparing the raw material in different ways: using chopped raw fruits, baking, grinding for smoothies. Vegetable additives should be added to mashed potatoes, casseroles, meatballs.

Water

Recommended options: melted, mineral, just filtered table water. It is worth developing a regimen of liquid consumption.

Often they even set reminders. They always take small sips.

Thus, all the moisture is absorbed by the tissues. Rapid, abundant drinking only increases urination.

Prohibited products

These include:

1. all kinds of sugary treats;
2. honey;
3. dried fruits rich in glucose (for example, dates, raisins);
4. alcohol (also a storehouse of glucose);
5. smoked products;
6. unnatural fats;
7. over-salted foods;
8. hot treats;
9. drinks enriched with caffeine.

These ingredients are powerful irritants for the skin. They accelerate the production of sebum. The dermis does not have time to cleanse itself. The formation of acne begins.

Approximate menu

There are several types of treats available for each meal:
1. Breakfast: milk and berry oatmeal, vegetable omelet, farm yogurt, cottage cheese pudding, cheese pancakes, millet porridge (seasoned with olive oil, sour cream), milk flakes (without sweeteners), oatmeal pancake, avocado smoothie.
2. Daytime snack: whole grain rusk (supplemented with cottage cheese, banana), a couple of carrots, whipped chilled berries, kefir, lean chicken pate, chopped fruit with yogurt, toasted seeds, unsweetened nuts.
3. Lunch: weak broth, steamed fish, chopped vegetables (seasoned with olive oil), whole grain porridge (favorite variety), lean cutlets, chicken stew, lentil soup, cabbage soup.

6. Desserts: prunes, homemade oatmeal cookies, organic pastilles, nut butter, homemade ice cream varieties, whole grain pancakes.

Healthy natural nutrition is the basic principle of anti-acne therapy. This restores metabolic processes and normalizes fat secretion.

As a result, the dermis will be cleansed, inflammations will be eliminated. Although the correct menu should be supplemented with beauty procedures. They are prescribed by a cosmetologist-dermatologist.
